What should I wear?Come as you are! Everyone at Reaching Hearts dresses in a variety of styles depending on his or her background and preferences. Some people wear very casual clothes, and some dress more formally, while others choose to wear traditional clothing representing their country of origin. You are welcome to dress however you feel comfortable!

Are my children welcome to attend the church service? We believe in multi-generational participation during church service. Our community intentionally invests in the spiritual well-being of our youth, and believes that empowering them to lead in the church is essential to their development. This begins with inclusion, and therefore, children of all ages are always welcome. There is available a mother's room located in the back of the sanctuary, for those who feel more comfortable in a more private space. 'Then some children were brought to Him so that He might lay His hands on them and pray; and the disciples rebuked them. But Jesus said, "Let the children alone, and do not hinder them from coming to Me; for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."' (Matthew 19:13-14)
-
What is service like? Our 90 minute church service includes: congregational singing, prayer, welcome messages and announcements, a children's story, special music, and a sermon from either one of our pastors or a guest speaker. Our sermons dig deep into the Bible, helping you understand scripture's relevance in daily live, affirming the authority of the Bible, and preparing God's people for the soon return of Jesus Christ through the careful study of prophecy. Bring your Bible, and a notepad if you like to take notes.
-
